Light pictures, Egbert Mittelstädt
The title of the series is borrowed from the world of analog photography: "Light images" are positives. They are also created by the refraction of light and generate structure, shape and color in an analogous way. Sounds or music are the inspiration. “Light images” are a subjective and intuitive translation of the abstract language of music and sounds into an abstract form language made of light.
The atelier's own goldsmith's shop is fully visible on the upper level. This is where your jewelry, wedding rings or design objects are made and repairs are also carried out. You see the jewelry designers at work - a nice insight into this fascinating profession.
